Onboarding, done properly
Before any work starts: a proper conversation, identity checks, and a signed letter of engagement. RAAS enforces that order — work cannot quietly start before the paperwork protecting you both is in place.

You get an email to set your password, and RAAS is yours: a compliance calendar with your real due dates, document requests you can answer from your phone, a place to ask questions in plain English, and billing you can see.
